CIRCULAR SAW BLADES - TiAIN - article 655 & article 665
 
CHARACTERISTICS:
This coating (aluminium and titanium nitride) gives the blade a surface hardness of 3300 HV and makes it possible applications till a temperature of 800° C and of dry cuttings. The hardness surface makes the blade possible to work at cutting and feed speeds 60% higher.
FRICTION COEFFICENT : 0,45
APPLICATION:
Optimized for hard steels, stainless steels and cast iron.
